Please note the below is to protect both Sunshine Coast Olive Trees and the customer during the purchase of our beautiful olive trees. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the below we prefer you raise it straight away with us so we can discuss.
Customer Care
At Sunshine Coast Olive tree's we pride ourselves on our customers having trust and confidence to purchasing from us. Our team are always available to discuss the purchasing and delivery process and love providing guidance on how best to care for the beautiful olive trees once transplanted to your property.

We understand that it doesn't always go smoothly and when unexpected issues occur we try to mitigate its effects on our customers as much as possible. This includes constant communication throughout the process to ensure you are kept up do date with your order and can plan according to the new date of delivery.
Privacy & Safety
Privacy:
What Information is collected - the only information we collect is the relevant name, residential address and email when the customer contacts our business and places an order.
How do we use this information - to communicate with the customer and provide a safe and secure environment to answer questions and concerns about their purchase.
What Information is shared - no information is shared to third parties.
Safety:
To ensure a safe environment for both our employees and our customers we do have minimum requirements when visiting the farm and when third parties are attending the farm to collect the purchased tree. Once the order has been processed an email will be sent to confirm these requirements such as enclosed shoes and long sleeve shirts while on the property.
When purchasing a tree you are agreeing to following all relevant safety directions during the delivery process.
Payment Methods
- Cash
- Credit / Debit Cards
- 20% payment required when placing the order to cover the initial excavation process
- Remaining 80% due on or before the delivery date
- The tree remains the property of Sunshine Coast Olive Trees until full payment has been received
Shipping/Delivery Policy
We employ a local transportation company to deliver our trees from the farm in Lagoon pocket to your residential address. The truck used has the ability to lift your tree off the back of the truck onto your front verge. Should you require a crane to install the tree we would be happy to help facilitate the process.
If the customer wishes to pick up the tree using their own means of transportation the tree will be located on the boundary of the property accessible from the council roadway to be lifted onto the transport by that third party.

Once initial payment is made it is best practice to stage the tree removal from the ground over a two (2) week period for us to nurture and reduce shock as much as possible.
