IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • How often are the tree's available?
The tree's are available all year round however transplanting is best completed during Autumn. When an order is placed the tree will be trimmed and the trenching around the root ball will commence in an effort to limit the shock to the tree during the delivery process.
  • How will I get the tree from the point of delivery into the garden?
There are multiple ways to get the tree into the ground or pot but there are many considerations to think of. Some of these include; where the tree is being installed (back or front yard), is there sufficient clearance for a machine to walk into place, does the location require a crane and is there sufficient clearance from overhead power lines to install using a crane, can the delivery truck with its crane place the tree into position? Sunshine Coast Olive Tree's can provide advice on this once the tree has been ordered and initial downpayment made.
  • How do I pay for my tree?
Once a tree has been either selected (through visiting the farm or by selecting through photographs) a downpayment of 20% must be made which covers the initial preparation costs. Full payment is required on or before day of receiving the tree. Sunshine Coast Olive Trees accepts bank transfers or cash on collection.
  • Where do I begin?
Once you have confirmed you would like to purchase a tree it is best to get an idea of the location best suited at your property and which size is preferred. Once you know this all you need to do is get in touch with us to start the journey. Send us an email confirming your initial thoughts and we can provide photos of the trees available for you to choose from and provide any guidance if required. From here we may ask for details of the delivery location (if required) so we can assess accessibility and proceed with the first payment.
